Hon (Barr) Seun Adesanya member Ogun state House of Assembly representing Ijebu North East LG has felicitated with the people of Ijebu North East LG as well as the entire citizen of the state on the occasion of 48 years anniversary of its creation.
This is contained in a press release by his office on the celebration of 48th year anniversary of the state recently.
According to him Ogun State was created 48yrs ago by the regime of Late Gen. Murtala Mohammed and despite various challenges the state has become one of the most prosperous in Nigeria, through the efforts of successive administrations who contributed immensely to socio-economic development of the state which he said culminated into peaceful co-existence of one another in the last 48years without communal crisis.
He further stressed that since its creation in 1976, Ogun state has witnessed tremendous growth and development in various sectors and have become a thriving hub of education, culture, and industry, creating immense pride in the heart of everyone. He gave Kudos to the successive administrations for laying good and solid foundation of what the state is today. He advised the indigens of the state to appreciate one another and embrace the spirit of unity, support and collaboration with one another.
Concluding he urged everyone to rededicate themselves to the progress and development of the gateway state OGUN.
