Tribunal dismisses Olowofuja's petition, declare Hon. Adeyemi winner for Abk South Const 2

The Election Petition Tribunal for the State Assembly sitting in Isabo Abeokuta in its judgment rules in favor of APC House of Assembly member from Abeokuta South, Hon  Ademuyiwa Adeyemi against Idowu Olowofuja of APM. 

Tribunal ordered Olowofuja to pay the sum of N200,000 to Hon. Ademuyiwa and N100,000 to INEC in form of fines for wasting the time of respondents on unnecessary litigations. 

All the points raised by the petitioner like over voting, use of voters cards not meant for the constituency, non compliance with electoral act were dismissed because he failed to proof his allegations.
