The immediate past Commissioner of Youths and Sports in Ogun State Honourable Afolabi Afuape popularly known as "AFOO" joins millions of Christians all over the world to celebrate Easter and also fecilitates with all Christians and the good people of Ogun State, urging them to imbibe the virtue of sacrifice as exhibited by the crucifixion of Jesus Christ to save mankind.
It is through generosity of the heart that we can make our impacts felt by our fellow human beings, urging the Christians to imbibe the virtue of sacrifice as exhibited by the crucifixion of Jesus Christ to save mankind.
He said, in the most trying moment of His life, Jesus Christ elevated salvation of mankind above his personal survival.
He urged Nigerians to make service to mankind a major plank of their activities in whatever they do.
“Jesus Christ demonstrated that making sacrifices is a virtue through which we can save our fellow men.
Let this spirit guide you in all you do. It is through generosity to our neighbours that we can make our impacts felt by our fellow human beings for the life of happiness,” Afoo said.
