•Suspended CJN Onnoghen
President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed an acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
He is Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed, the most senior judge in the Supreme Court.
The President said he acted on the request of the Code of Conduct Tribunal CCT.
Newsjaunts gathered that the new Ag. CJN was sworn in a while ago at the State House in Abuja.
